Damaged Goods
I purchased $224.74 worth of gift sets watches and bracelets on Eclipse in November for Xmas presents.My Grandaughter was broken hearted when she came to wear her bracelet asthe screw clip was broken and we can't repair it. She would love a replacment but we don't know how to go about it.I contacted Captains club and letter was passed to customer relations but knowone has bothered to get back to me. Very dissappointing.
