Mileage Transfer
1) My boss was a frequent flyer of CX. He passed away 2 weeks
ago, I want to know if his mileage is transferrable to his wife.
2) I have both my boss and his wife Frequent Flyer A/C Nos.
& PIN#. However, his PIN# didn't work but his wife is
okay. Would you please give me the phone no. to call
regarding this.
3) Can I call for her?
4) What other information I need to provide beside A/C#
and PIN#?
Thanks.
