I Need To Take Small Ice Packs With Me To Keep Filled Syringes Cool.can I ?

Medication in syringes needs to be kept at a cool tempreture if possible

you can, but the ice will melt very often. Make sure to get a very well insulated cooler, or even try dry ice.
