Inverse Cos,tan,sin Using Cos-1 ( )

i'm using this calculator for pre calculus but when i input shift cos or sin or tan i get a math error, what is the proper way of doing it?

you must first check the values used for inverse operation ie it must not exceed the values from -1 to 1 if its greater than 1 it shows math error. or check if you are using proper formula ie for sin do perp/hypo if you do perp/ base of something that is not correct it shows math error
