Reddish Tint?

After more than a year of flawless color printing, my Pro9000 Mark II has suddenly started printing everything with a slight reddish tint. Same result when printing from any graphics application, or even just a web page. No settings have been changed; the nozzles are clean and other diagnostics check out fine. I have re-installed the driver. Canon tech support can't figure the problem out. Can anyone suggest a next step?

I eventually read the solution pages that came with the printer. Did what was recommended and now back to normal. I think you have to experiment as my settings are unlikely to work for you.

This problem started in January 2013 after 6 years with the pro 9000 and continued with the new pro 9000 mk II. Even the Epson printer has now been 'infected' Is it Windows 7 the problem?
