Does Not Print
copier powers up, when print is pressed it starts up as though it is going to print then a jam sign shows. There is no paper jam, and it did not pull any paper from tray.I put new toner , still the same

Starting on page 245 will guide you on clearing the probable jam errors. You may also follow this procedure to clear bits of paper or residue. Turn the machine off then unplug it and disconnect the USB cable (if there is one connected if not skip any USB cable steps). Remove all paper from the machine and then blow out the feed roller and paper tray thoroughly with compressed air three or four times. Once done plug in back in and insert a single sheet of paper. Turn the machine on and then connect the USB cable.
