I don't know if he's right about your fuser being bad, since I can't examine the copier, but assuming he is, it does not appear you can find a new fuser online. Amazon.com, FeedRoller.com, PrecisionRoller.com, and CopierSupplyStore.com don't stock that part.
Depending on exactly what is wrong with the fuser, there are some fuser parts for the PC775 you can get from PrecisionRoller.com:
