M860 Suddenly Lost Power;
i unplugged every wire from the surge and the printer; i waited for 15 to 20 seconds b4 connecting it back on with no avail. then I checked the rear power connection, and found a white wire loose from its original place near the power code. it appeared it was originally soldered in. any idea?

It sounds like the printer head needs to be replaced but all parts for this model are discontinued' please try getting some help here http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer
