Metallic Black Ink Is Not Printing In Canon Imageprograf 9400
I tried every thing possible for me but no result. I did folling steps. 1- Clean Head in service mode with process A and B 2- Cleaned pipe line track with the help of injection pressure to remove any obstrucle 3- Even problem exists, I changed the print head left. 4- The problem remail same then I used firmware to initialize. By using firmware this was benifit that printer started in normal mode without showing any error. Otherwise It shows PRINTHEAD L NEED TO BE CLEANED OR REPLACED. Thats why I was compell to start in SERVICE MODE. Now the situation is the pipeline is clear and the head is new. All 11 colours are printing perfectly and no error showing. Only METELIC BLACK ink is not printing. Please helpme to resolve the issue. If there is any paid online service , so let me know I am ready to pay if you have proper solution of this problem.
