Vibration

My 06 dts is not accelerating smoothly and I feel vibration in the steeringwheel. Also, my stabilatrak service signal comes on and the engine light, which only came on when stabilitrak service warning came on, now stays on. How much should this cost to fix and can I fix it myself?
