Blower Control

I have a 2008 Buick Lucerne limited that keeps shutting the heater and air conditioner down.  When it blows, it blows real hard.  Then all of a sudden the fan will slow down and then it may come back on blowing hard or it may just shut down.  I had the air conditioner overhauled last spring and then stored the car during the summer in Arizona.  I suppose it has to be whatever controls the blower and the vents.  All the fuses seem to be good.  Does anyone have a suggestion.  Thanks  K. Beck
