Mfc-9320cw Drum Error

I keep getting the Drum Error message, even though I have cleaned the sliders, etc. It's not that old of a printer and is still on the first of its cartridges on most colors.

Sometimes the only way to get rid of the drum error message is to reset the drum counter. the scrolling message should tell you which one is acting up? Anyway to reset the counter to see if that works press Menu, 8, 4 then scroll to the drum you want to reset.
