Error When Scanning In Brother Mfc-8890dw

Hi. Here are "Scan Problem troubleshooting" links for the MFC 8890DW:-
General
- When attempting to scan using the ISIS driver in ScanSoft™ PaperPort™ 11SE, the ISIS option is grayed out in the scanner selection.
- When I scan a document using ControlCenter, the scanned file size is too big.
- I just upgraded my Windows PC to Windows® 8.1 and now I can't scan, print or PC-FAX via network.
- The error message "No Supported Devices Found" appears when I tap the Brother iPrint&Scan icon on my mobile device ( iPhone, iPod touch, iPad ).
- Unable to print or scan when using Brother iPrint&Scan from my Windows® Phone mobile device.
- On my Brother machine I selected "Scan to Network" using the control panel or SCAN key, but I cannot find my Macintosh.
- Unable to print or scan when using iPrint&Scan from my Android mobile device.
- I keep getting the error message "Authenticate Err (Authentication error)".
- I cannot find the destination computer on the network when I try to scan a document using the machine's Scan key or control panel.
- When I try to scan a document using ScanSoft™ PaperPort™ 11SE, I can not scan from the ADF (automatic document feeder) with WIA driver.
- I am sharing my Brother machine. I can print but cannot scan.
- I can print but cannot scan via network. (For Macintosh)
- I can print but cannot scan via network. (For Windows®)
- When I try to scan to OCR I get an error message saying "This feature is not available because there is no OCR Software installed".
- I cannot scan via network getting the error "CC031" or "MTW012". (Mac OS X)
- I cannot scan via USB. (Mac OS X)
- I cannot use the Scan to E-mail with Outlook2003 or Outlook2007 after updating ControlCenter3. The error message "command line argument is invalid" appears. What can I do?
- I'm using Windows® XP Professional x64 Edition/ Windows Vista® 64-bit edition. I'm unable to scan from Corel® Paint Shop Pro® X using the WIA driver.
- I am using Scan to Email (E-mail server) function to send a scanned document directly to an E-mail address.Since our provider requires an authentication for the SMTP server, I am not able to use this function anymore.
- I'm using Windows® XP Professional x64 Edition. I'm unable to scan using the Brother TWAIN Driver with a parallel connection after changing the user account using the "Switch User" option. What can I do?

- I am trying to use a Brother driver from the CD supplied with the machine or downloaded from the Internet, and I cannot scan from Windows Server® 2003, Windows Server® 2008, Windows Server® 2008 R2, or Windows Server® 2012.
- The scanned image is blurred, garbled, or distorted when using ControlCenter2 or the SCAN key on my Brother machine. (For Mac OS X 10.5)
