Printer Says Replace Toner Even When Toner Is New

If you are using a generic toner, there is a gear on the left hand side OF THE TONER that needs to be turned 180 degrees to set the reset on the printer.
To do this you will need to remove the 2 screws on the side cover and then the gear closest to the handle will need to be turned 180 degrees (be aware of spring that needs to be retracted slightly after it is turned for gear to sit back in properly).
Once this is done screw cover back on and insert printer and all should be great.
