Print To File Error
Hello,
Each time I try to print something< I keep getting this window that says "Print To File" even after I name the file, I am still unable to print. Is there a way that I can reset the printer or do you have a more accurate solution?
Thanks.
p.s. I have already tried shutting down and unplugging also with no luck.

Greetings. It is either your printer's driver is not install or you brother printer is not selected from the list of printers (print to file is selected instead). After clicking Print, and print window appears, on the print window look for Microsoft Document Writer and click on it and select your brother printer model. Please note that if it is not avalable on the list, then it means that the driver is not installed. Please do repost if need be.
