How To Automatically Kill A Printer Job Showing An Error

How to cancel the print job will depend on what type of computer you are using to print from. On a Windows computer, open Devices & Printers from the Start menu (or Printers & Faxes, in Windows XP) and double click on the HL-2240. The list of print jobs will be shown -- choose the job you want to delete and right click on it, then select Cancel.
