Lines Are Coming Thru On My Scan Pictures

I just had the same problem. Something I scanned had wet ink on it so the ink was transferred to the scanner. I used the "cleaning sheet" that came with the scanner and put some rubbing alcohol on the cloth where my lines were coming through. Then I ran the "cleaning" steps on the scanner on the system and ink appeared on the cleaning cloth. I flipped the "damp" cloth over and ran the wet cloth through a few times and now my lines are gone. Yay!
To use the "cleaning" steps, open your DSMobile window and click on "Custom...". Then click on "Calibrate" and then click on "Clean". Hopefully this does it for you!
