Not Printing The Blue Color
My DCP-J125 has suddenly stopped printing the BLUE color although I have replaced the ink cartridge. All other colors print fine. When I colour a box blue on a plain white sheet of paper the box prints pink. I have tried removing and returning the ink cartridge, but the problem persists. The printer is just on 3 years old (ie. the extended warranty has just expired - typical built in obsolescence or what?)
