Ink Toner Problem

We bouught a new Cartridge toner for Brother MFC7360N. However, it prints same image twice, like a "ghost" a few cm below..

The problem may be related to the ink cartridges that you have just installed. Run a cleaning maintenance for the ink cartridges by using the software included in the package/CD of your printer.
