Bobbin Winding Forbrother Cs6000 Computer

I'm trying to wind the bobbin, but it does not turn to do so. I have the thread on the spool, have gone around the pressure nob and placed the thread in the bobbin and moved the bobbin spool to the right. When I press the pressure foot, nothing happens.
