Sewing Machine Mx-800. Bobbin Keeps Getting Jammed.

bobbin has double loops causing a bind. Have tried needle, thread, bobbin, tension. Was working for many hours.Started after re threading bobbin, and cleanning the area. Not sure bobbing is being inserted correctly. Is there a special alignment besides the dots to match up?
