How To Correct When It Says Needle Thread Error On My Machine?

my brother PR-1000E is showing a warning. Needle thread error,it was while sewing on a cap and the thread got bunched up,I cut away all the threads away from the bobbin and in the bobbin case,but still shows the error

1. Remove the thread and clean any tangled threads from the bobbin area.

2. Replace the needle with a new needle.

If problems persists, there is a problem within your machine and will require service.
