Alarm Light Only

I replaced the drum as well as the toner and reset the machine behind the panel. Now all I have is the alarm light flashing. I have tried uninstalling the printer. Unhooking from power and rehooking. Disconnecting from computer. Putting the old drum/toner back in. I am at a loss. I have an ink jet for back up, but this I use for online classes for the mass printing I do. I am at a loss. Please help!
