Just to rest your mind at ease, double check to be certain you did not accidentally push something that might have affected the sound system without your realization. It could be that you bumped the mute button with your elbow or changed the balance of the speakers. You may have accidentally pressed the axillary button without any axillary devices plugged in.
Step 2 - Check that the antenna cable is plugged into the radioYou should be able to locate your antenna in the right rear window of your Ford F-150 or Super Duty. If you discover that it needs to be replaced, you can replace it your self with the help of a wrench and a bit of elbow grease. If the antenna cable that's going in the stereo is loose, it could cut the sound off of the whole system.
