Can't Play Any Dvds
I just had my boss bv8974b stereo hooked up by a pro shop and after a week it will noy,play any dvds. The first day I had it installed it,played dvds but now when I load one it either says no disc or goes to the main screen after trying to load. I have the parking brake wire connected. Any ideas?

Sounds like the laser pickup may be dirty. Get a lens cleaner.
Reset the CD player back to the factory-default specifications
Remove any discs from the player and leave the CD player powered on with the door opened (if possible) for approximately one hour to resolve the possibility of moisture condensation inside the player.
if still unresolved then replace the lens.
