Filling Up The Pipe System
We get this message all the time and do what we're suppose to do and STILL it doesn't work.
Please HELP!

Root cause: Plunger in filter stuck.
Solution: need to remove filter from brewing unit, disassemble filter and clean thoroughly. Remove plunger by using a T10 driver to get to the spring inside the holder base. You can test by blowing air thru hole and make sure there is no obstruction. As soon as you remove the filter screen, you will see a large piece of coffee debris which indicates the problem is a plunger not activating.
When starting the machine again, the fill pipe message no longer appeared and fresh coffee brew again to my satisfaction.
