My She65t55uc Stopped Working During An Express Cycle

Water is found at the bottom of the machine, but none of the buttons are responding. It's like there is no power going through the machine, and I checked the breaker panel of the house, flipped the corresponding breaker couple of times, no luck! Only had this machine for less than 2 years. An error code of E followed by two digits did come out but my wife never took a good look at it. Can anyone help please?
