Go to www.boostmobile.com and click on my account. Underneath the login for your number and 4 digit pin code, it will say Forgot your Account Pin? Click on the words 'Account Pin' and it will prompt you to enter in your phone number. A text will be sent to your phone even if it is out of airtime.
