To be honest if the person who stole the phone is persistant you may as well let it be. I had a phone stolen recently and called to get he account suspended. It was more than an hour later and it was reactivatd. I called a seond time to get it suspended and was assured that there was no way the person who had it could get it turned on again. An hour later the phone was activated. When I called the second time had every bit of information changed on the account including the name, email, PIN, and address. It seems that all you have to do to recover the PIN even if your account is suspended is request it to be sent to your phone via text and boost will send it. I know who has my phone and that is what they are doing because they are flaunting it in my face and there is really nothing I can do about it. I guess the best thing to do is just eat the cost of the phone and forget about it becase that is basically was Boost told me.
