Umm I Bought A Phone And It Freezed And I Dont Know Why My Phone Did Freeze

my phone free-zed i was wondering if i could get any other one because it just freezed i tried taking the battery out of it and putting it back in it still didn't work so I'm just asking can i have a new phone
