I have a blackberry touch 9860 I have had this phone a couple of months I took it out on contract. I Cant hear anything unless its on speaker! I pulled battery and nothing happens it hasnt been dropped or anything it's just happened I have been in with carphone warehouse before cause I needed help but they where really cheeky and am unable to get into the shop cause I work very day from 8-6. I rang and there was no help they give me blackberrys repairs number and they are not answering the phone. can you please help me with what I can do
