Why Does It Keep Saying Bad Site When I Try To Recover My Id Password?

I forgot my ID password and went to the websit they recamened(sp?) and everytime ask to see my password it goes through but then when have to see my password it says BAD SITE! and thanks for your pacients and what not.Because upgraded my bbm so can you guyz n girlz help me out c
