There are a few things you can do to stop your bread from sticking to the top of the bread pan and to prevent the bottom of the bread from getting too dark.

First, make sure that you are greasing the bread pan well before adding the dough. You can use butter, shortening, or cooking spray. Be sure to coat the bottom and sides of the pan evenly.

Second, you can try using a baking sheet lined with parchment paper under the bread pan. This will help to prevent the bottom of the bread from getting too dark.

Third, you can try adjusting the baking temperature. If the bread is getting too dark on the bottom, try lowering the temperature by 25 degrees Fahrenheit.

Finally, you can try using a different type of bread pan. Some bread pans are made with a non-stick coating, which can help to prevent the bread from sticking.

Here are some additional tips for baking bread:

Make sure that the yeast is fresh and active.

Use warm water to activate the yeast. The water should be between 105 and 115 degrees Fahrenheit.

Don't overmix the dough. Overmixing can make the bread tough.

Let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size.

Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.

Place the loaf in the greased bread pan and let it rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size again.

Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-35 minutes, or until it is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.

Let the bread cool completely before slicing and serving.

If you follow these tips, you should be able to bake bread that is light and fluffy, with a golden brown crust.
