How To Remove Hose
I have a plugged hose with animal hair; therefore, the vacuum is not picking up anything from the floor. Can you please provide instructions on how to remove the hose.

Hi Michele. Sorry you're having difficulty removing the hose, but removing it is quite simple. Remember safety first and unplug your vacuum.
Grasp the end of the hose where it enters the back of the vacuum and twist it counter clockwise to unlock, then pull outwards. I recommend using a broom handle to push any hair through the hose.
