Turboeraser Holder/ For 61c5 Series

installed upside down. is it possible to purchase another. also,  best way to remove original. thank you,  mjm

Mjm, the TurboEraser holder cannot be inserted upside-down.  You have installed it properly.  The tool fits in from the front of the unit and rests on the top of the dirt cup with the neck of the tool locking into the holder as shown in the attached pictures.
