It's possible that you were given the incorrect lead for your Binarone concept 3525 modem. Typically, an ADSL modem would have an ADSL In port and an Ethernet Out port. ADSL In port is where you would connect your telephone line using an RJ-11 cable, and the Ethernet Out port would be used to connect your modem to your computer or router using an Ethernet cable.
It's unusual for an ADSL modem to have an ADSL Out port. ADSL Out ports are typically found on ADSL routers, where they're used to connect to another router or modem for extending the network.
I would recommend double-checking the documentation that came with your Binarone concept 3525 modem or contacting the manufacturer to confirm the correct lead for your modem.
