why I have charge of $7.14 on november 21 st 2013 on my credit card i did not by nothing at that time my ordi was out of order in november

You may have went to the Big fish games website to either play a free trial game, or purchase one, then you may have unknowingly agreed to become a paid Big Fish Games Club Member.
This is a monthly charge for the Big Fish Club Membership, which allows you to recieve 1 game credit per month (except on Collector Editions) at no charge, (Of course, this is after you pay your membership fee each month)
However, you can easily cancel this membership at anytime which will stop the incurring charges each month. The following link explains how to do this:
