Purchased Games But No Download
I purchased three (3) games while logged on under "guest account". After the purchase was made & the downloads began, I got a message that this account was not authorized to download. I logged into the administrator account but no download. The link in the email took me to a site to create an account. I do not want to create an account. I just wants the games I purchased to download! How is this done??

you have to create account on their website if after that you will not get your games than you have to contact them for contacting them please click here
