Not Able To Down Load Purchase Games

I changed computer and now i am not able to download some the games I ordered. i need you to reinstall my games so that i can download them.

Unfortunately, this is a Q&A Forum and not affilliated with Big Fish Games. However, we can get you in the right direction torward a possible resolution

If you have not done so already, I suggest you Install the Big Fish Games Manager and see if your games appear on your Games list once completed. Instructions on how to do this are located here

Once at the link, skip the 'Uninstall' section and start on the 'Install/Reinstall' part.

Note: If, you have the Game Manager installed already but some of your purchased games do not appear, then go through the entire process of 'Uninstalling and Reinstalling' the game manager (same link above) to see if this resolves your issue.
