Gifted Games
I purchased 3 games on line as gifts for a friend and she cannot download them without a credit card number. She doesn't want to give her card number out so how can she download these games?

There are a couple of things that could be going on here, depending on how those three games were purchased. If you gave your friend gift certificates, then she shouldn't need to enter her credit card information to use them unless the Big Fish Game Club membership is also in the cart. The best way to sort this out would be for you or for her to contact customer support-- we want your friend to enjoy the games that you sent her and we're happy to work with the two of you to figure out what's going on.
