My Wife Never Order Any Games, Or Gave Her Credit Card # ,please Refund Money

Also, if you are noticing unusual charges on  your credit card, I strongly urge you to inform your Bank or Creditor immediately of this.

Back to your question: You can go to the following Big Fish Games 'Contact Us" Link and provide as much information as possible.

Once at the link:

• Choose Accounts and Purchasing" from the dropdown menu under 'Topic'
• Type "Unauthorized charge on my Credit Card" In the 'Subject line'
• Under 'Details', please include the following information:

1. First and Last Name of Cardholder
2. Any reference name or number provided next to the charge on your credit card statement, if applicable
3. The date your card was charged (purchase date)
4. Only the last 4 digits of the credit card charged > Please do NOT provide the entire credit card number in your message.

Continue to fill out the rest of the form and click on submit to send. Due to the nature of you contacting them, you should receive a fairly quick response within 24 to 48 hours.

If you do not wish to use their 'Contact Us' form you can send an email instead to [email protected]. Please include the same details as listed above. (But, I believe using their online form is the quicker of these 2 options)
