For What Buttons '2-tir To Mix' And '2-tir To Ctrl Rm' Is Need For?

Hi could you explaine to me, for what buttons "2-tir to mix" and "2-tir to ctrl rm" is need for? I've push them but I don't understand what should heppend. Can I separate lines to phones and main out? Could you give some example how I can use this two buttons.Thanks
