it wont eject or read. i put new drive in still same problems

hello !
you can use the "dvd force eject" if your system supports it, all you need to do is hold on to the power and the eject button on the system for ten seconds and the system will eject the dvd. sometimes due to malfunctioning, even the force eject option might not work.
to rectify the malfunctioning of your system you will need to get it inspected by a professional
