Can I Upgrade My Ram From 4 To 8 In Asus X54l?

Unfortunately 4GB is the max ram tested and approved. You can try to put 8GB however you will only be downgraded to 4GB. You can check forums to see if anyone has successfully upgraded to 8GB of ram with a few modifications.
