I Have Asus X54c, But Web Cam Not Found Or How To Start Or How To Open.

What you can also do is go to device manager and try uninstalling your webcam and reboot. Your computer should be able to find the driver.
If that does not work then your last resort is to do a factory restore. Make sure you back up all your important things because everything will be erased. Restart your computer and keep pressing F9.
