Dvd Tray
I just bought a new Asus Vivobook s550cm. The DVD Tray button does not work. After so many attempts to open it by pressing the electronic button, I was able to open it once and put a DVD in it. It read and ran well. But when I tried ejecting the DVD it would not open anymore. I referred to the user manual, it said use the tray butoon if the electronic button will not work. I followed the instruction but still the tray would not open. What should I do to make it work? Otherwise I will return it ot the shop where I bought it and have it replaced with a new unit.
