So Does That Mean A Computer Can Either Be Wi-fi Or Bluetooth Compatible?

yes a pc can have both wireless abilities, bluetooth or lan. Asus R500VJ without further model ID I can't say for certain if's equipped or not. The specs note that both wireless connections vary by model; an example R500VJ-MS51 only has wi-fi. If you have further info on the model you are asking about, please re-post.

Well, some laptops comes with both wifi and bluetooth while others comes with just one of the two or none at all. Please do note that it is possible to purchase each of the two adapters separatey in USB stick shape if the laptop does not have it built-in.
