Hp Alcatraz Intel 850 Atx Motherboard Won't Boot Up.
I just recieved an HP Pavillian with an Alcatraz Intel 850 ATX Motherboard. It won't boot up. I get a beep error code when I power up the CPU. Can you provide a list of peep codes for this Motherboard. I understand it is actually an ASUS P4T board. With a WIN XP Pro disk in the CD drive I get the following beep code: * *** *** * Any help would be appreciated.

I managed to find the list using Google with last part of the link. My beep code wasn't listed. If anyone know how I can get complete list it would be great.

Greetings again - The problem with the link was the "s" at the end of it (probaly got in by mistake). Here is another link to Desktop beep codes

This list may not be containing all the beep codes as well and thus I would suggest you also try Googling for these key words and check the google resuts one by one "motherboart beep codes". Also do try to clear Bios settings on the board through the use a Jumper, the taking out of rams/battery/processor/PSU plug out, restart - shut down - replace and restart again when done.
