I Purchased A Used Computor From A Seller, Received In Mail ,does Not Work.
received in mail June 19. Computor comes on but goes off again. Paid almost $850.00. Need to reach seller but do not know what he can do.?? Asus is computor but was bought by seller indivdual.

Looks like you will have to send the unit in for service. Maybe you can ask the seller when he purchased the unit or just get a refund if the unit is over 1 years old because the warranty would have run out already.
