Asus Notebook Pc F551m
My laptop doesn't show or recognize others devices. Phone, IPad etc. Why is this? and what can be done?

If you are truing to connect with BT or wirelessly they would both have to be enabled on your pc.

Hi, try restart your computer it, if it persist you will need to run system recovery. If it does not work still, that will mean that usb ic are dead.
